The Hollywoodbets Super League reigning coach of the season says winning the best coach in the league, where he was pitted against JvW Girls Football head coach Jenine van Wyk and TS Galaxy Queens mentor Sizwe Sibiya, is the pinnacle of his season. Sapula attributes his accolade to the players and his technical team's efforts.

“I believe this accolade is a result of collective effort rather than individual recognition. From the technical team to the players and the support staff at Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies, everyone played a vital role. The players showed great discipline, commitment, and a willingness to learn throughout the season. The club also provides a professional environment that allows us to focus on performance and continuous improvement. Ultimately, consistency and teamwork were key to this achievement.” Said Sapula.

Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies remains the only team to hoist the Hollywoodbets Super League title up to the sky. Though JvW Girls Football and TS Galaxy Queens posed a serious threat to the Tshwane giant's throne last season,  Sapula firmly believes that, teams in the domestic league have improved significantly and it is interesting to witness the growth of women's football in the country.

"The Hollywoodbets Super League has grown significantly, and it is encouraging to see teams like JVW Girls Football Club and TS Galaxy Queens becoming more competitive. This shows that the level of women’s football in South Africa is improving. While we have been fortunate to maintain a strong record, we do not take anything for granted. Every team is working hard to close the gap, and that keeps us motivated to keep improving. So yes, I do believe other teams stand a chance, and that competitiveness is healthy for the growth of the league." Sapula emphasized.

The Brazilians had eleven players of their squad called up for national team camps for the COSAFA and now adjourned WAFCON tournaments. Sapula says for Banyana Banyana coach Dr. Desiree Ellis to have the trust in Banyana Ba Style players shows the team is doing well.

"It is a very proud and rewarding feeling to see eleven players from our squad being called up to Banyana Banyana by Coach Desiree Ellis. It reflects the hard work that the players put in daily, as well as the quality of development within the club. For us as a team, it is confirmation that we are moving in the right direction. At the same time, it comes with responsibility to continue developing players who can compete at the highest level. We are proud to contribute to the national team and to the growth of South African women’s football." Concluded Sapula.
