Gordon: Fewer Games Not Ideal

Read: It Is Up To The Coach The second-tier league, the Motsepe Foundation Championship (MFC), which was previously known as the National First Division (NFD), was divided into two streams: coastal and inland. Though the league has since eliminated streams in favor of the elite Betway Premiership, the Hollywoodbets Super League will follow suit with two separate streams beginning with the 2026 season. Gordon believes that the proposed streams will reduce games for teams in the league, and that is not ideal.  "The introduction of streams will bring new challenges and experiences for us. Majiya: CAF Remains Downs Priority

Majiya was named in the tournament's best XI. The 27-year-old attacker was the only South African player in the competition's best-performing star. Majiya says she is happy with her performance at the tournament and hopes to become even better.  "It was a great tournament. I prepared myself well for the tournament and to redeem myself, but also my teammates stepped up in that tournament. I did well with them."
